Privacy Policy ex art. 13 Reg. UE 2016/679 – GDPR
In accordance with applicable privacy laws (EU Regulations n. 679, 2016), we would like to inform you that your personal information will be processed by NAC NUMISMATICA SPA and VARESI Srl, acting as joint controllers as per art. 26 Reg. UE 2016/679, in an ethical and transparent manner, only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that safeguards your privacy and your rights.
Processing takes place manually and using IT tools, and is done for the following purposes:
• Participate in auction sales
• Administrative documents processing
• Regulatory requirements
• Auction sale catalogues shipping
We also would like to inform you that the European Regulation grant you certain rights, including rights of access to, adjustment, erasure, limitation of, or objection to the processing of your data, as well as data portability rights, when and insofar as applicable (Articles 15-22 of the EU Regulations n. 679, 2016). You can also file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, according to the procedures set forth under applicable regulations.

Essence of joint controllers arrangement
The joint controllers arrangement between:

The joint controllers arrangement is referred to the personal data processing, as per art. 4.2 GDPR and it is related to all personal data obtained by Varesi Srl before the day of the auction (28th and 29th of May 2019) through the following websites: https://www.varesi.it, https://www.bidinside.com/it/index.htm, https://www.numisbids.com, https://www.sixbid.com.
All data subjects personal data are processed by both parties, as bidders in a joint controllers auction. After the auction, all successful bidders personal data will be transferred from Varesi Srl to NAC Numismatica Spa for administrative and logistic purposes.
